February 28th, 2011On Saturday, February 19th the Manchester studio held our first guest party of 2011. It seems that Saturday morning is a good time to hold a guest party because we had lots of GUESTS show up with just about as many of our regular students!
We started the morning with some conversation, meeting the guests as they arrived and then went on to a fun “guest group class”. Everyone learned the box step in the Foxtrot and Rumba and then we moved on to Swing and Merengue. Abby and Steve did some dance demonstrations so everyone could see where their new basic steps would lead to in the future.
Thank you to the following students who had guest at the party…Neil and Linda Philcrantz, Eric & Misty Johnson and Jeanne Gerard. They will be attending a complimentary master class with Daniel Heroux on March 2nd for their efforts.
Mark and Nancy were also on hand to join in the fun and Nancy took some great photos! All in all it was a fun day and we can’t wait to host our next guest party.
